What is Recovery?
Recovery is a supportive process where people are encouraged to maximize their lives and achieve a sense of balance and fulfillment. It is a deeply personal and self directed process built on hope, empowerment, meaningful roles and spirituality. The Washington State Recovery Resources is dedicated to providing information, and resources associated with alcohol and drug use. The goal of Recovery Resources is to provide a user friendly website that will assist in helping people get support and treatment. Alcoholism and drug addiction can have a devastating impact on families. With family education, support groups, and treatment, Recovery Resources has information that can help your family get assistance in overcoming the many issues that can block a full recovery.
